Information collected automatically
- Your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit. We use this to run and secure the website and to block spam and attacks.
- How you found our website (for example a search engine, social media or a link) and the device used, recorded with your order. This helps us understand where our customers come from.
Payment details: card, UPI and net-banking payments are handled entirely by our payment partner Razorpay. Your card or bank details are entered on Razorpay’s secure system and never reach or get stored on our website. We only receive a payment confirmation and reference number.

- To handle cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds.
- To reply to your questions and provide customer support.
- To manage your account, if you have one.
- To keep the website secure and prevent fraud and misuse.
- To keep the accounting and tax records the law requires.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not send you marketing messages unless you have asked to receive them.
Who we share it with
We share only what each partner needs to do its job:
- Razorpay, to take your payment.
- Courier partners (such as DTDC and Delhivery): your name, delivery address and phone number, to deliver your order or collect a return.
- Mailjet, which sends our order and account emails.
- Hostinger (website hosting) and Cloudflare (website security and speed), which store or pass on website data on our behalf.
- WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to chat with us using the WhatsApp button.
- Google, which provides the map on our homepage.
- Government or law-enforcement authorities, when the law requires it.
Some of these providers may store data on servers outside India. Each has its own privacy policy and security measures.

- Order source: to record how you reached our website, saved with your order (WooCommerce order attribution, “sbjs_” cookies).
- Chat widget: to remember whether you opened or closed the WhatsApp chat button.
- Security and speed: Cloudflare and our caching system may set technical cookies.
- Google Maps: the map on our homepage is provided by Google, which may set its own cookies.
We do not use advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout will not work without them.
How long we keep it
- Orders and invoices: for as long as Indian tax and accounting laws require (currently up to 8 years).
- Accounts: until you ask us to delete your account.
- Support messages and return videos: until the matter is resolved, and then for up to one year.
- Security logs: for a limited period, usually a few months.
How we protect it
Our website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, payments go through Razorpay’s secure system, and access to customer data is limited to the people who need it to fulfil orders. No method of storing or sending data online is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
