Products
- Our jewellery is handcrafted, so small differences in colour, finish, size and design from the photos are natural and are not defects.
- Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen.
- Sizes and measurements are given as a guide; please check them before ordering.
- To keep your jewellery looking its best, avoid contact with water, perfume and chemicals, and store it in a dry box.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking and wallets).
- We may change prices and offers at any time. The price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.
- If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
- Discount codes and offers cannot be combined unless stated, and have no cash value.
Orders
- Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email.
- We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the payment fails or looks fraudulent, or we cannot deliver to your address. If you have already paid, you will get a full refund to your original payment method.
- Please check your delivery address and phone number before placing the order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect details.
Shipping, cancellations, returns and refunds
Delivery times, shipping charges, cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds are covered in our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Refund and Returns Policy. In short:
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- Return or exchange requests must be made within 72 hours of delivery, for unused items in their original packaging.
- An uncut unboxing video is required for any damage or defect claim.
- Some items, such as nose pins, nolaks, sale items and international orders, cannot be returned.
Your account
If you create an account, keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed through your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
Using our website
- All photos, designs, text and the SOই by Samprity name and logo belong to us. You may not copy or use them commercially without our written permission.
- Do not misuse the website, for example by trying to break into it, overload it or post false or abusive reviews.
- We may remove reviews or content that is offensive, false or unrelated to the product.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, such as courier delays, natural disasters, strikes or technical outages. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Indian consumer protection law.
Complaints
If something goes wrong, please contact us first at [email protected] or +91 86975 96154. You can also write to our Grievance Officer (details in our Privacy Policy). We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
