Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a quality inspection. Upon approval, your refund will be processed within 2 business days.

Shipping Deductions

The following shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount:

• Up to ₹200 for prepaid orders

• Up to ₹300 for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

• For urgent delivery services (DTDC PLUS or similar), actual shipping charges will be deducted

Mode of Refund

• Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method

• Cash on Delivery (COD): You will be requested to share your bank/payment details for refund processing

• Store Credit Option: Only return shipping charges will be deducted

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.

• If the order has not been shipped, cancellation is allowed

• For prepaid orders, the refund will be issued to the original payment method

• Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled
