Easy Return & Exchange

We provide a 3-day (72 hours) return/exchange policy from the time of delivery.

• Requests must be raised within 72 hours of receiving the product

• Requests made after 72 hours will not be accepted

International Orders

❌ No return, exchange, or refund is available for orders delivered outside India, including damage in transit.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

To qualify:

• Item must be unused and unworn

• Must be in original condition

• Must include original packaging and invoice

Non-Returnable Items

Return/Exchange is not applicable for:

• Nose pins

• Nolaks

• Offer/discounted items

• International orders

Additional Terms

• Shipping charges (if applicable) must be paid by the customer

• Size exchange is free of cost

• Once an item is exchanged, further return/exchange is not allowed
  (except manufacturing defects or damaged items)

• Uncut opening video is mandatory for any damage/defect claims

How to Return or Exchange

Option 1: Doorstep Pickup

• Return pickup available at ₹75 per package

• Free pickup for manufacturing defects

Option 2: Self-Ship

• Ship the product within 3 days of receiving

• Share courier receipt and tracking details with us
