Warranty Coverage

• We provide a 2-year colour warranty on all gold-plated jewellery products.

• Warranty is not applicable on regular wear items such as Noa, Churi, Mangalsutra, and similar everyday-use jewellery.

• Regular wearing of gold-plated jewellery is not recommended, as frequent contact with sweat, detergent, water, or chemicals may cause colour fading.

• Warranty does not cover physical or chemical damage, mishandling, or accidental breakage.

• Warranty applies only to gold-plated jewellery, not to accessories like tassels, chains, or add-ons.

If the product colour fades naturally within the warranty period, we will provide:

✅ One-time free recolouring service

Any additional recolouring requests will be chargeable.

Product Care Guidelines

To maintain shine and durability, please follow these simple steps:

• Wash gently with plain water and baby shampoo only

• Do NOT use detergent or harsh chemicals

• Do NOT dry in direct sunlight

• Avoid contact with sanitizer, perfume, moisturizers, or chemicals

• Store jewellery in a dry, airtight box after use
